Path Engineering

As a First-Line Supervisor (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll be responsible for coordinating and assigning work within a manufacturing department to maximize productivity, minimize cost, and maintain quality. You'll oversee daily operations, maintain shift logs, prepare time sheets and reports, inspect products for quality, review resources, train new workers, and recommend changes for operational improvement.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
