Role

As an ER HR Coordinator (also known as Employee Relations Coordinator, HR Specialist), you'll play a key role in managing employee relations, supporting HR policies and procedures, conducting investigations into employee complaints, and facilitating HR-related training sessions. You'll also maintain accurate employee records, collaborate with management to foster a positive workplace culture, support the onboarding process, and assist in developing employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
