Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Machinery Maintenance Worker), you'll be responsible for observing and troubleshooting production machinery, dismantling and repairing defective parts, ordering necessary materials and parts, and maintaining cleanliness and safety of work areas. You'll also train team members and continuously learn new skills as opportunities arise.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent - college, technical or vocational education preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing work experience.
  • Ability to read/understand blueprints, drawings, sketches, layouts, and equipment manuals.
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical controls and ability to troubleshoot them.
  • Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 75 pounds.
