Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Coordinator), you'll coordinate the daily activities of maintenance workers, ensuring that production equipment, machinery, and facilities are in good working order. You'll oversee maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment, manage preventative maintenance activities, and build world-class mechanical and preventative maintenance teams.

• Associate's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other related field/vocational studies. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, managing people/projects. 6 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in creating preventive maintenance plans, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, hydraulics experience, troubleshooting industrial automation equipment, PLC programming experience, and experience in a manufacturing environment.
