Path Engineering

As a Production Worker (also known as Machine Operator, Assembly Worker, Welder, Material Handler), you'll be involved in various production areas. Your duties will include assembling work according to specifications, completing work within estimated time frames, collaborating with a team to ensure timely production, and communicating any machine complications to the supervisor. You'll also participate in 5S, cleaning and organizing methods, and adhere to all company policies, including safety and quality standards.

• High School Degree / GED / Certificate and basic computer skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, particularly in metal fabrication/metal joining, mechanical assembly, and progressive stamping.
• Ability to read detailed instructions and blueprints, measure via measuring tape, convert decimals to fractions, assemble products using a variety of hand tools, stand for 8-10 hours a day, and lift up to 50 lbs.
