Path Engineering

As an Extrusion Line Operator and Blender (also known as Manufacturing Technician, Production Specialist), you'll ensure the successful production of finished materials by adhering to safety policies, running machines at optimum performance, and performing minor maintenance tasks. You'll also be responsible for ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and maintaining a clean and prepared production floor.

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year technical school or college certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; plastics extrusion/molding experience preferred.
• Proficiency in tool/die/mold setup, mechanical troubleshooting, twin screw compounding, and various plastics materials. Experience with injection molding and extrusion machines is a plus.
