Role

As a MIG Welder I (also known as Gas Metal Arc Welder, Steel Fabricator), you'll join, fabricate, and repair steel parts using specialized welding techniques and equipment. You'll interpret blueprints, ensure the structural soundness of completed welds, and comply with all safety requirements. You may also prepare materials and set up for a welding device or robot.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Ability to pass a MIG welder certification.
  • Relevant apprenticeship, experience, or vocational training (preferred).
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and setting up welding setups for production.
  • Experience in operating forklifts, cranes, and other processing machines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-quality work.
