CNC Machinist/Programmer

Richmond, IN

As an Experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer (also known as CNC Operator, CNC Technician), your primary function will be to set up and operate Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) VMC, HMC, Lathe, and/or Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) machining centers to machine metallic and nonmetallic parts. You'll also generate CNC programs, maintain equipment, and ensure quality control.

  • Vocational education and/or 5-10 years of experience in a Job Shop, non-production environment.
  • Proficiency in G-Code, Manual Machining Skills, and CAD/CAM Software.
  • Experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), CNC Lathe (2-4 axis), CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC), Horizontal Machining Center (3-4 axis), and Vertical Lathe.
