Path Engineering

As a Press Operator (also known as Machine Operator, Equipment Technician), you'll efficiently run multiple presses and molds, read and understand process sheets, correct discrepancies in work instructions, and maintain safety standards. You'll also be responsible for auditing parts, adjusting processes for quality improvement, and interacting with team members to ensure productivity.

• Good communication skills and the ability to read, understand, and execute work instructions.
• Physical ability to stand for 70% of the time, walk for 30% of the time, and lift up to 20 pounds continuously.
• Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting, and packaging.
• Experience with Punch Press and Press Brake technologies.
