Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Plant Maintenance Specialist, Equipment Maintenance Technician), you'll participate in all aspects of maintenance, conduct inspections, and carry out major equipment repairs. You'll be part of a team that ensures equipment meets high standards for quality and production rate at all times. This role involves hands-on applications involving electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 3+ years of experience in plant maintenance is preferred.
• Experience with teardown and restoration of large CNC cells is required.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and other technical drawings in a problem-solving context.
• Experience with maintenance of conveyor systems and hydraulic assembly equipment is highly desired.
• Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting, and Hydraulics.
