Machine Shop/CNC Operator

Role
As a CNC Operator (also known as a Machinist, CNC Technician), you'll be responsible for loading products onto fixtures and conveyors, operating both manual and robotic CNC stations, performing quality checks, adjusting machine settings for product variations, and maintaining a clean work area. You'll also change tooling as needed, record production data, and apply identification numbers to products.

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience.
- 6-12 months of related experience or training.
- Basic computer and math skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot.
- Experience with machine setups for production runs, blueprint reading, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Deburring, packaging, and metal casting experience beneficial.
- Proficiency in operating CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (2-4 axis).
