As a Maintenance Associate (also known as Automation Technician, Mechanical Maintenance Technician), you'll perform troubleshooting and maintenance on automation equipment, assist in production, and manage inventory systems. You'll also have the opportunity to train other employees and ensure adherence to safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of technician experience within the Plastics industry.
  • Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
