Role

As a Maintenance Associate (also known as Automation Equipment Technician, Maintenance Technician), you'll perform troubleshooting and maintenance work on automation equipment, assist in production, manage inventory systems, and adhere to safety standards. You may also have the opportunity to assist in training other employees.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of technician experience within the Plastics industry.
  • Strong technical skills including mechanical, electrical, and PLC programming.
