CNC Machinist

Role

As a Machinist (also known as CNC Operator, Machine Technician), you'll be responsible for the production, setup, adjustment, and operation of machines to manufacture parts with precision. You'll interpret blueprints, sketches, and other documents to determine dimensions and tolerances, select and align fixtures and tools, regulate machining factors, and ensure the conformance of the finished piece to specifications. You'll also be expected to report and record manufacturing data accurately, adhere to safety requirements, and contribute to improving production processes.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with programming and setup of machining centers, lathes, and/or grinders. Experience with MAZATROL preferred.
  • Excellent math skills and experience reading blueprints.
  • Proficiency in G-Code, M-Code, Machine Setups for Production Runs, CAD/CAM Software, Blueprint Reading, Quality Inspection Experience, and Shop Math Skills.
  • Experience with ERP applications preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong communication and leadership skills.
