Applications Engineer / NC Programmer

Role
As an Applications Engineer / NC Programmer (also known as CAD/CAM Programmer, CNC Programmer), you'll create design plans, draft project program specifications, and conduct reviews of NC programs. You'll also provide customer service support, conduct application final acceptance run-offs, and support troubleshooting issues over the phone with customers. This role requires 70% travel of total annual working hours.

- Minimum 2-year degree in Manufacturing Technology or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of machining or machine tool experience.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, process illustration documentation, and CMM inspection reports.
- Strong mechanical skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, NC Programming, and Microsoft Office Product applications (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Understanding of design, build, logistics, and installation processes.
- Experience with CAD Software (AutoCAD), CAM Software (Mastercam, Esprit, Siemens NX), Universal Machining Center (5 axis UMC), and Universal Machining Center (3-4 axis).
- Excellent communication skills and experience in a manufacturing environment.
