Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely, in-depth troubleshooting and repair. You'll work with a variety of production equipment and facilities, propose solutions to complex problems, and work directly with machine operators and management to resolve mechanical issues.

• High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar maintenance environment, managing people/projects.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, technical drawings and testing equipment.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments.
• Willingness to be a technical leader and trainer within a specific area of the plant or machine center.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries preferred.
