Role
As an Extrusion Operator (also known as Extrusion Technician, Extrusion Machine Operator), you'll operate and maintain extrusion machines, troubleshoot and correct machine-related issues, ensure consistent product quality, and provide guidance to less experienced personnel. You'll also be responsible for detailed record keeping and adhering to safety and housekeeping guidelines.

- Experience with extrusion machines and plastic extrusion.
- Excellent communication skills, manual dexterity, and hand/eye coordination.
- Analytical and basic troubleshooting skills, with knowledge of product quality standards and principles of thermoforming machines.
