Industrial Maintenance Electrician

Role

As a Maintenance Electrician (also known as Electrical Maintenance Technician, Industrial Electrician), you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment. You'll also be expected to troubleshoot PLC controlled printing and packaging equipment utilizing a laptop computer, and interact with all areas of the facility in a team environment.

Qualifications
  • Minimum High School diploma/GED.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance.
  • Proficient at reading/interpreting blueprints and schematics (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
  • Basic understanding, troubleshooting and experience with Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, Pneumatic Systems, Hydraulic Systems, and Electronic Systems.
  • Machining skills (work on a mill, lath, grinder, saw, drill, etc.) and welding experience (tig, stick).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work. Self-motivated.
  • Ability to stand 8 hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
  • Must be able to wear protective equipment as required and willing to work rotating shift, overtime, and occasional weekends.
