Role

As a Field Service Technician (also known as Field Operations Specialist, Field Maintenance Technician), you'll be a crucial part of a dynamic team, providing valuable input towards achieving departmental goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting customer service visits, managing day-to-day repairs, and performing preventative maintenance for various clients. You'll also troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and liaise with manufacturers or field personnel to procure replacement parts.

Qualifications
  • HS diploma or equivalent required, AS degree and A+ certification preferred.
  • 2-4 years technical experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Prior experience with ERP environments and planning in database tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic electronic operations and make sound technical decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
