Field Service Technician

Role
As a Field Service Technician (also known as Field Operations Technician, Maintenance Technician), you'll be an integral part of a dynamic team. Your key responsibilities will include conducting customer service visits, managing day-to-day repairs, and performing preventative maintenance for various transit agencies and clients. You'll also troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with manufacturers or field personnel to procure replacement parts.

- HS diploma or equivalent required, AS degree; A+ certification preferred.
- 2-4 years technical experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Prior experience with ERP environments and planning in database tools preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic electronic operations and make sound technical decisions.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Ability to work daytime and nighttime hours as required by the work. Intermittent domestic travel (up to 25% as required) for warranty and non-warranty repair work, retrofits, startups, and troubleshooting.
