Role
As a CNC Operator (also known as a Machining Station Operator, Production Technician), you'll be responsible for loading products onto fixtures and conveyors, operating both manual and robotic CNC stations, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean work area. You'll also be tasked with adjusting on-screen values to compensate for product variations and accurately recording production data.

- High school diploma or GED, or six to twelve months related experience or training.
- Attention to detail and quality in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Basic computer and math skills, ability to perform minor troubleshooting, and follow written work instructions.
- Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting skills, deburring, packaging, and metal casting experience.
- Experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (2-4 axis).
