Sales Representative

Role

As a Sales Representative (also known as Sales Executive, Account Manager), you'll be responsible for managing sales functions for a range of products. Your duties will include customer interaction, order processing, cost calculation for specialty items, and sales call documentation. You'll also be expected to manage existing account relationships, develop new business opportunities, and occasionally attend trade shows.

Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum two (2) years sales experience.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point & Publisher.
  • Ability to multi-task and self-manage.
  • Good math skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in distributor sales, technical sales, and/or construction sales a plus (not required).
  • Ability to stand, walk or sit approximately eight (8) hours/day, and ability to drive a car and travel.
  • Proficiency in Budgeting / Forecasting, Commodity Purchasing, Contract Negotiation, Customer Service, and Basic Computer Skills.
  • Experience with ERP Software.
