Role

As a Tool & Die Maker Lead (also known as Toolmaker Lead, Die Maintenance Lead), you'll be responsible for managing work assignments, maintaining inventory, troubleshooting tooling, and ensuring die maintenance. You'll also play a key role in improving quality and production, maintaining documentation, and enforcing compliance with procedures and policies.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's Degree or certificate in tool & die preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years JST experience or 5 years tool & die experience.
  • Proficiency in Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills, Blueprint Reading, and experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
