Engineering Technician (Remote with Travel)

Role

As an Engineering Technician (also known as Plant Technician, Maintenance Engineer), you'll work on the production floor, perform diagnostic visits on production lines, participate in annual line rebuilds/overhauls, and provide support to the facilities. You'll also assist in training other Engineering Technicians and contribute to the long-term success of the facilities.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required, Associate's Degree or higher in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with at least 4 years of managing people/projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.
  • Experience with PLC Programming and Troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Blow Molding Machine, Injection Molding Machine, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and SCADA.
