Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Engineer), you'll be responsible for safely completing maintenance assignments to build, repair and maintain all equipment in good operating condition. You'll work proactively to minimize equipment downtime and lost production, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical devices, and operate shop machinery. This role also involves installing and repairing electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment as needed, and maintaining an accurate inventory of parts.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in using computers: MS Office, Windows, and Computerized Maintenance Management Software.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems including gear boxes, motors, air compressors, pumps, AC and DC drive troubleshooting, etc.
  • Ability to navigate electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics for planning and troubleshooting.
  • Strong Industrial Electrical experience including, troubleshooting and repair of PLC's, electronics experience, AC and DC drives, relay logic, working with 3 phase motors, 480v and below, low voltage and current signaling.
