Role

As a Customer Service Representative (also known as Customer Support Specialist, Customer Care Representative), you'll provide exceptional customer service, manage online requests, collaborate with various departments, and handle daily challenges to set the stage for success. Your tasks will include:

  • Entering and verifying orders in the computer system, liaising with shipping as needed, and maintaining related paperwork.
  • Responding promptly and accurately to customer requests.
  • Acting as a bridge and speeding up the process between customers and production.
  • Handling sales order changes or cancellations, and communicating these changes to the relevant internal departments or customers.
  • Maintaining close contact with Manufacturing to ensure delivery dates are quoted realistically, adhering to the on-time delivery program.
  • Administering customer service accounts of moderate scope and complexity to achieve business objectives and meet customer expectations.
  • Interpreting customer requests, monitoring performance and delivery, investigating complaints, and negotiating pricing and discounts.
  • Working with Accounting to research credits and debits.
