Maintenance Technician

Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely, in-depth troubleshooting and repair. You'll work on a variety of production equipment and facilities, propose solutions to complex and reoccurring problems, and work directly with machine operators, supervisors, and other maintenance personnel.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar maintenance environment, preferably in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, PLC troubleshooting, creating preventive maintenance plans, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
