Role
As a Project Coordinator (also known as Maintenance Coordinator, Production Coordinator), you will play a pivotal role in the successful and efficient operation of our 2nd shift. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will provide technical support, assist in organizing and implementing various maintenance and engineering projects, and evaluate production processes for potential improvements.

- Over four years of related training and/or experience in a similar role.
- High School Diploma or Trade School Certificate with a minimum of six months of related mechanical/electrical experience.
- Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, Electrical Troubleshooting, Mechanical Troubleshooting, Industrial Robot Programming, and Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
