Facilities Maintenance Technician

Role

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician (also known as Building Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Worker), you'll be responsible for maintaining the safety and efficiency of the facilities. This includes coordinating maintenance and building projects, conducting routine cleaning, managing furniture and equipment setup for meetings, and ensuring adherence to lock out tag out procedures.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic maintenance experience such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
  • Proficiency in creating preventive maintenance plans, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, machine safety inspections, and HVAC.
