Role

As a Maintenance Mechanic (also known as Maintenance Technician, Industrial Mechanic), you'll be responsible for the upkeep of a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. Your duties will include troubleshooting and repairing components and systems throughout the facility, operating automated packaging machinery, and maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems. You'll also work with electrical control and power circuits, PLC controlled and solid state equipment, and typical facility and manufacturing support systems.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting Skills, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, and Hydraulics Experience.
  • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment and familiarity with Servo Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and Conveyor Systems.
