Role

As a Maintenance Mechanic (also known as Maintenance Technician, Equipment Repair Specialist), you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing components and systems throughout a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This includes troubleshooting and repairing automated packaging machinery, pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and electrically controlled equipment, including PLC controlled and solid state equipment. You'll also be expected to read and interpret electrical schematics, work safely with both low and high voltage circuits, and possess basic plumbing and carpentry skills.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, Electrical Troubleshooting, Mechanical Troubleshooting, and Hydraulics.
  • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
