Path Engineering

As a Printing Press Operator (also known as Flexo Operator, Offset Operator), you'll set up, operate, monitor, and maintain printing press equipment. You'll follow work instructions, perform changeovers independently, adhere to quality procedures, and conduct product inspections. You'll also be responsible for achieving standards for output and waste, and accurately completing documents at press.

• Competitive pay rate starting at $25.00 to $33+ per hour, with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in machine operating, preferably with a flexographic printing press.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to self-motivate and be industrious, and ability to solve problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
