Path Engineering

As a Screw Extrusion Operator (also known as Extrusion Machine Operator, Production Operator), you'll operate and maintain extrusion and downstream equipment, set up production jobs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the production of quality products. You'll also assist in new product development, train employees, and maintain a safe working environment.

• Competitive pay rate of $20.30/hr plus a $0.90 shift premium.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and hands-on thermoplastic extrusion experience.
• Advanced blueprint reading skills and understanding of fractions and decimals.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to solve practical problems, and ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
