3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic

Role

As a Maintenance Mechanic (also known as Maintenance Technician, Equipment Repair Specialist), you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing various components and systems throughout a fast-growing food manufacturing facility. This includes troubleshooting and repairing automated packaging machinery, pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and electrically controlled equipment, including PLC controlled and solid state equipment. You'll also perform welding tasks, basic plumbing and carpentry, and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, Electrical Troubleshooting, Mechanical Troubleshooting, and Hydraulics.
  • Experience with various machines and technologies such as Manual Vertical Mill, Vision System, Servo Motors, Industrial Robot, MIG Welder, TIG Welder, Stick Welder, Manual Grinder, Manual Lathe, Variable Frequency Drives, Palletizer, Measurement Gauges, Manual Plasma Cutter, Programmable Logic Controller, HMI, Conveyor Systems, Gluer Machine, Box Folding Machine, Band Saw, Belt Sander.
