Maintenance Tech (CNC) - 2nd Shift

Role

As a Maintenance Technician I (also known as CNC Machine Maintenance Technician, Machinery Maintenance Specialist), you'll be responsible for the routine maintenance of machinery, changing parts, and lubrication. You'll also be actively involved in the preventive maintenance program to achieve machine goals. Your duties will include installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machinery, electrical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, and reassembling machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work.

  • Second shift schedule: Monday – Friday 3pm – 11:30 pm.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years' experience with CNC machine maintenance preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance including motors, controls, power supplies, AC/DC theory, power distribution, PLC's, hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, power transmission and pumps.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow all established safe work procedures including, but not limited to personal protection equipment, lockout/tag-out requirements and electrical safety.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical parts manuals such as electrical and mechanical diagrams, and effectively use and read gages, meters, calipers and other measuring tools.
  • Effective and safe use of all required tools including, but not limited to, drills, saws, torches, welders, cranes & hoists, forklifts and other maintenance equipment.
  • Ability to work other shifts, weekends and overtime as needed.
