Maintenance Tech (CNC) - 2nd Shift

Role

As a Maintenance Technician I (also known as CNC Machine Maintenance Technician, Equipment Maintenance Specialist), you'll be responsible for routine machinery maintenance, including lubricating machinery and changing parts. You'll also play a key role in our preventive maintenance program to achieve machine goals. Your duties will also include installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machinery, electrical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years' experience with CNC machine maintenance preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance including motors, controls, power supplies, AC/DC theory, power distribution, PLC's, hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, power transmission and pumps.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical parts manuals such as electrical and mechanical diagrams, and effectively use and read gages, meters, calipers and other measuring tools.
  • Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting skills, mechanical troubleshooting skills, PLC programming experience, troubleshooting CNC machines, and experience in a manufacturing environment.
