Maintenance Technician

Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Systems Technician, Automation Maintenance Technician), you'll ensure the smooth operation of automated assembly lines, including mechanical and electrical systems, robots, and machining centers. You'll collaborate with line operators, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve operations, and use your troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Strong knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-mechanical, and other automation devices.
  • Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), including troubleshooting and programming.
  • Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals for troubleshooting and repair.
  • Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and industrial automation equipment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Journeyman or 3-5 years machine repair experience preferred.
