Maitenance Technician

Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You'll work with schematics, technical drawings, and testing equipment, maintain industrial control systems, and collaborate with team members to ensure equipment uptime and facility operation.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree in a manufacturing-related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar maintenance environment, with experience managing people/projects.
  • Proficiency in using shop equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press, mill and lathe, and assorted power tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries is a plus.
  • Skilled in fabrication capabilities such as cutting and welding (mig, tig or stick) and working with electrical systems including 480VAC & 24VDC power.
