Role

As a CNC Mill Programmer (also known as CNC Machinist, CNC Programmer), you will be a key player in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include developing CNC programs using CAM software, analyzing blueprints and specifications to determine optimal machining processes, creating program sheets for operators, troubleshooting machining issues, and maintaining cutting tool inventory and programming documentation.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience programming CNC milling machines in a Metal Stamping manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with CAM software such as Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC machine operation.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and geometric tolerances.
  • Experience with cutting tool selection and optimization for CNC machining in various steel types.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications are a plus.
