Path Engineering

As an Operator Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Machine Operator), you'll be an integral part of our high-speed manufacturing process for metal food packaging. Your responsibilities will include machine operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and conducting daily safety checks. You will also be involved in quality control, inventory management, and continuous improvement activities.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills in English and basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices and forklift operation is preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
