Role

As a Tooling Specialist (also known as Mold Builder, Tooling Coordinator), you'll be responsible for producing high-quality tooling on time and efficiently. You'll coordinate with various departments, solve problems, direct peers towards common goals, and work closely with the Tooling Supervisor and mold designer to plan and execute tool builds. You'll also keep up-to-date with technological advancements in the field and promote teamwork.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years experience in mold building.
  • Proficiency with CAD, NC programming, manual milling, grinding, turning, CNC, and EDM.
  • Experience with manual machining skills and CAD/CAM software.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Experience with Bridgeport, lathe, and surface grinder is a plus.
  • Must be a US citizen.
