Role

As a Quality Manager (also known as Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Control Manager), you'll lead the quality team and ensure the company's food safety and quality standards are maintained and documented. You'll develop and execute training programs, manage food safety and quality policies, and oversee site HACCP plan coordination. You'll also provide assistance to the production department when quality issues arise and ensure product is produced to customer specifications.

Qualifications
  • College Diploma in Science preferred with 5 years of Food Quality manufacturing experience or at minimum, a High School Diploma and 10 years of quality experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
  • USDA Plant experience and completed training in the SQF system preferred.
