Path Engineering

As a Quality Manager (also known as Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Control Manager), you will be responsible for maintaining and documenting the company's Food Safety and Quality standards. You will provide leadership to the quality team, develop and execute training programs, and manage the site's Microbiological and Pest Control Programs. You will also oversee the generation of customer COA based on established specifications and ensure site preparedness for state and federal inspections and external customer audits.

• College Diploma in Science preferred, or High School Diploma with 10 years of quality experience.
• 5 years of Food Quality manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• USDA Plant experience and completed training in the SQF system preferred.
• Ability to routinely lift and carry packaging weighing up to 20 lbs and work in different conditions such as hot and cold environments.
• Medically fit to handle minor exposure to chemical cleaning solutions.
