Production Machine Maintenance Technician

Role

As a Production Machine Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Technician, Machine Service Technician), you'll be responsible for regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of various production machines. This includes pad printing, screen printing, digital printing, sticker printing, laser engraving, heat transfer, and CNC machines. You'll also develop preventive maintenance schedules, maintain detailed records, adhere to safety standards, manage spare parts inventory, and provide technical support.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate or associate degree in mechanics, electronics, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a printing decoration or related manufacturing environment. Electrical engineering experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of electrical control systems and pneumatic systems for production machines. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues. Experience with lathe, digital milling, drill press, cutting machines and general hand tools.
