As an Engineering Manager (also known as Plant Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager), you'll improve equipment performance, manage maintenance costs, and ensure compliance with regulations. You'll also be responsible for capital budgeting, project management, and implementing process improvements. Your role will involve ensuring safety standards, developing cost reduction strategies, and participating in quality and risk management processes.
