Path Engineering

As a Senior Facilities Engineer (also known as Plant Engineer, Industrial Engineer), you will lead the implementation, continuous improvement, and sustainability of reliability systems and processes within a manufacturing site. Your typical day will include developing and managing reliability programs, serving as a Subject Matter Expert in the design and operation of industrial equipment, driving increased uptime using reliability tools and processes, and coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure optimal functionality of production departments.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
