Role

As an RF Test Automation Engineer (also known as RF Test Engineer, RF Systems Engineer), you'll be responsible for developing and supporting RF test automation systems for aerospace and defense programs. This includes managing RF test equipment, switch matrices, ovens and temperature plates, performing RF measurements, and handling data collection, storage, and processing. You'll also be tasked with designing, assembling, and validating new RF test systems, creating automation tools, and maintaining and upgrading existing systems.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience and 6-8 years of professional development experience.
  • Proficiency with RF test equipment (Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Noise Figure Meters) and RF measurements (Gain, VSWR, IMD, P1dB, Spurious, Phase Noise).
  • Proficiency in C#/F#/Java/Python or similar, and experience with software team collaboration tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Jira.
  • Must have a security clearance or ability to obtain one. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
