Role

As a Human Resources Manager (also known as HR Administrator, HR Specialist), you will plan and execute policies relating to all aspects of human resources. This includes ensuring compliance, managing recruitment, conducting new employee orientations, participating in safety committees, resolving employee relations issues, administering performance reviews, and handling payroll.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Master's Degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in HR or a similar field, with at least 4 years managing people/projects. 10+ years preferred.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and payroll.
