Maintenance Technician (Day Shift)

Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely, in-depth troubleshooting and repair. You will work directly with machine operators, supervisors, and other maintenance mechanics to resolve mechanical issues that arise during your shift. You will also propose solutions to complex and recurring problems on production equipment.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree in manufacturing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar maintenance environment or position.
  • Experience with high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, technical drawings and testing equipment.
  • Experience working with electrical systems including 480VAC & 24VDC power.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics for process and instrumentation diagrams.
