Path Engineering

As an Extrusion Process Technician (also known as Process Development Technician, Extrusion Machine Operator), you'll provide statistical analysis, calibrate extrusion tests, work with engineering on data collection, use statistical computer software, provide documentation of results, identify and recommend safety and process improvements, implement new processes, write Standard Operating Procedures, work with vendors to improve processes, assist in identifying and providing training needs, maintain product specifications, solve problems, and troubleshoot major mechanical/electrical problems.

• 3 - 5 years of extruder related experience.
• Supervisors/Lead experience.
• Willing and able to work 7am-3pm Monday-Friday + on-call.
• Polystyrene foam related experience a plus.
• Inventory management skills.
• Quality assurance tracking.
• Equipment related mechanical /electrical process knowledge.
