Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Lead), you'll lead the hourly maintenance team, ensuring safety, environmental standards, and production goals are met. You'll manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, coordinate with production for maintenance schedules, and drive continuous improvement through reliability efforts and root cause failure analysis.
