As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Lead), you'll lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the safety, efficiency, and quality of our plastic extrusion and thermoforming production equipment. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety policies, minimizing downtime, supervising and training maintenance personnel, and coordinating with production for maintenance activities.
