As a Plant Manager (also known as Facility Director, Operations Manager), you'll oversee manufacturing operations, utilize ERP software, implement lean manufacturing principles, and manage scheduling, recruiting, and training. You'll also conduct operations analysis, manage budgeting and forecasting, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
