Path Engineering

As a Plant Manager (also known as Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager), you'll utilize your leadership skills to oversee manufacturing operations. You'll implement lean manufacturing principles, manage production schedules, recruit and train staff, and conduct operations analysis. You'll also manage budgeting and forecasting, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and oversee facility improvement projects.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of plant management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP software, lean manufacturing principles, scheduling, recruiting and training, operations analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and project management.
