Role

As a Molding Operator Technician III (also known as Injection Molding Technician, Molding Machine Operator), you will play a crucial role in the production process of dispensing solutions used in various industries, including beauty, fragrance, personal care, home, and healthcare. Your responsibilities will include operating molding machines, performing quality checks, adjusting machines and fixtures, documenting mold changes and machine adjustments, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment, and coordinating with production personnel and other departments to ensure product quality and meet production schedules.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic shop math/computer skills and machine troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in injection molding and ability to solve mechanical issues.
  • Ability to work independently, analyze and interpret data, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
