Facilities Maintenance Technician

Role
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Engineer), you'll be responsible for routine cleaning of facilities and grounds, moving furniture and fixtures, conducting periodic facility inspections, responding to maintenance requests, and performing minor electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs. You'll also manage inventory, operate various motor equipment, and work collaboratively in a team environment.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3-5 years of basic maintenance experience such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in facilities maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive corporate vehicles.
- Proficiency in using handheld tools.
- Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work safely and professionally.
- Bilingual (Spanish/ English) is a plus.
