Facilities Maintenance Technician

Role

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Engineer), you'll be responsible for the upkeep and preservation of our facility. This includes routine cleaning, moving furniture and fixtures, conducting facility inspections, logging maintenance requests, purchasing necessary supplies, and performing minor electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs. You'll also collaborate with team members and manage various tasks within a defined timeframe.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years of basic maintenance experience (plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs).
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate corporate vehicles.
  • Proficiency in using handheld tools and working safely.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
