Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Coordinator), you'll be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of the facility and equipment. You'll lead maintenance activities, supervise personnel and contractors, and work towards reducing costs in the long run. You'll also provide expertise in maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical components, and work closely with the engineering team to devise solutions.

• Associates Degree in Maintenance or Industrial Technology or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum ten years industrial maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience with highly developed human relation skills to lead, direct, motivate and aid team members.
